How the GuysAfterConception money back guarantee works:

Our 30 Day Money Back starts on the day your package shows delivered-

1. Go to our Customer Support page

If your product hasn’t arrived or you wish to return a product visit our customer support page and enter "Return Product" or "Product Has Not Been Received" within 30 days of delivery estimate in the subject field and send your message.

2. We will contact you within 3 business days to start your return.

NOTE: If you are returning a product due to Buyers Remorse then you must pay to have the item/s shipped back to us. Buyers remorse includes wrong color and size ordered by the buyer. Example A : If buyer orders a XL t-shirt and it does not fit then we considered that buyers remorse.  Example B: If buyer doesn't like the way a product feels or looks, then we consider that buyers remorse.

If a product arrives damaged by our production process or from shipping we will refund your money or replace the product. NOTE: We will ask for a photo to confirm the damage product. We can't refund or replace damage claims without seeing the damage and confirming the product is no longer usable. If buyer can't provide a photo of a damaged product then unfortunately we can't offer refund or replacement.    

"Product Has Not Been Received" means you have not received the product by the estimated delivery date of the tracking #.   If your product tracking # shows "DELIVERED" then that's what we as a business must go by. If your product tracking # shows delivered and you claim it was not then you should contact your local delivery company and file a complaint of fraud or theft. We will refund or replace ( products that never show "Delivered") 

Money Back is for the price of the item/s only. What you pay in original shipping is not refundable.


Due to inventory levels and unique sizes , colors we cannot offer exchanges for the sole purpose of buyer remorse. Please choose size ,color, model carefully during initial purchase.



We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged from our production process. We will ask for a photo of the damaged item/s.
